A qualified sommelier, Dominic has garnered multiple prestigious awards throughout his career, cementing his reputation for excellence in the industry.

A founding director of the Fruit Wines of Canada Association, Dominic champions industry growth and innovation. Based in Nova Scotia, he owns Canning Cider House Ltd., where PayDay Cider is produced for the retail market and bulk cider is distributed across North America. He continues to consult with wineries and cideries globally on their product development.
